August's Challenge: Sun Salutations

It has been way to long since I have done any decent amount of yoga.  I cannot think of a better way to start or end my day than with sun salutations.  I tried to find some 30 day challenges on line similar to those specific for the "30 day arm/abs/butt" challenges but really didn't find anything specific for sun salutations -lots of monthly yoga challenges though; so I made up my own calendar.

I definitely encourage anyone to join me in this one.  Start or end your day with some deep breathing and some wonderful body movements!
