Health is Spiritual: A health nut from the time I was little, it has been a long road that I have traveled to find my own wisdom. Degrees in English, Public Health, and Health Science, I have found a way of combining my two loves: writing and health. Supported by those I love and the love of the highest universal power. In health I have found my spirituality, and though I cannot help you find yours, maybe, just maybe I can help you start the path that is right for you.
